CSL

TRC successfully managed the relocation of valuable lab equipment, spare components, and smaller items from multiple sites in Melbourne and Sydney to the new CSL building in Melbourne. We provided a lead to engage with CSL, implemented a labelling and identification process, established cleaning and disinfection procedures, ensured proper equipment testing, worked with recommended suppliers, provided packing materials, and ensured a seamless and timely relocation. TRC continues to work with CSL on smaller projects.
