RAH - Royal Adelaide Hospital

TRC successfully transitioned the 177 year old Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) into a new $2.5 Billion, 800 bed facility on North Terrace Adelaide.

Due to the enormity of the project TRC was appointed as Relocation Managers a full 2 years before the move commencement.
To date this is the largest and most complex hospital relocation ever undertaken in the Southern Hemisphere consisting of sensitive medical equipment, instrumentation, furniture, ICT, machinery, artefacts, artwork (including a stained glass window from the Chapel), patient records and Hospital consumables.
